As a church, we are entirely self-funded. It is thanks to the generous giving of our members that Crabtree Church is making an eternal impact across our community, helping more people hear the life-giving message of Jesus.
We believe that everything we have ultimately comes from God. Every good gift, every opportunity, and every blessing is an expression of His grace and generosity toward us.
Because the Lord has given so much to us, we joyfully give back to Him as an act of worship, gratitude, and trust.
Giving is far more than simply meeting practical needs; it is a spiritual act that reflects the heart of God and helps shape our own hearts to become more like His.
As 2 Corinthians 9:7 reminds us, “ Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.“
Through our giving, we have the privilege of participating in the work God is doing in our church and throughout our community.
When we give, we:
- Support the ministry and mission of Crabtree Church
- Become part of God’s work in transforming lives and strengthening our community
- Honour God by putting Him first in every area of life, including our finances
We do not give out of pressure or obligation, but out of love, thanksgiving, and a desire to see God glorified through His church and His people.
At Crabtree Church, we don’t pass an offering plate. Instead, you’ll find a giving box at the entrance of the worship hall where you can quietly deposit your tithes and offerings.
As our guest, you are not expected to give an offering. Our giving is for those who regularly attend. That said, if you would like to contribute, you’re most welcome to — but please don’t feel any obligation
